Science fiction & fantasy author Kevin J. Anderson stops by to talk about his newest fantasy epic, Spine of the Dragon.

Kevin talks about how he’s written so much science fiction because he’s been a big fan and reader of science fiction since he was a kid, and branching out into telling stories in so many other genres — fantasy, thriller, steampunk, horror — seemed to come easily because of how fast the stories popped into his head.

He also talks a bit about Kill Zone, the new thriller he’s written with Doug Beason, the graduate class he’s teaching that students can take to get a Master of Fine Arts in Publishing, how WordFire Press came about, and more.
