Fantasy author Jon Skovron stops by to talk about his latest epic The Ranger of Marzanna, which kicks off a new fantasy trilogy aimed at a broader audience than his previous YA stories.
Jon talks about his own tastes and the stories that inspire and influence him, from television to folklore and urban folktales, Slavic myths and legends, and so many more. His research into the history of Poland and Russia in the days of Catherine the Great play a large part in building this world, as does the elemental magic system he’s built.
