Urban fantasy author Faith Hunter stops by to talk about the newest book in her Soulwood series, Spells for the Dead, about the primary protagonists of two of her series, Jane Yellowrock and Nell Ingram, and how Jane and Nell and their stories came about.

Faith talks about her writing process, how it’s evolved over the years, what appeals most to her about writing different types of stories, and of course, her new Audible Original series, Junkyard Cats, a dystopian post-World War III world suffering from a plague and strange occurrences related to genetic mutations and DNA manipulations, and psychic cats living in the protagonist’s junkyard.
