Otto Penzler, proprietor of The Mysterious Bookshop and editor of Penzler Publishers and Mysterious Press, stops by to talk about the last in the Big Book short fiction series, The Big Book of Victorian Mysteries.

He talks about his love of mystery fiction, the appeal of creating a Victorian mysteries collection, of publishing and republishing many of these stories for a new audience, and so much more.

And if you need more mystery short stories, check out “The Mysterious Bookshop Presents The Best Mystery Stories of the Year: 2021”, co-edited by Lee Child.
